Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We take pride in the quality of Prox-Prog and ensure it meets the highest standards. However, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Non-Returnable Policy
· Once purchased, Prox-Prog is non-refundable and non-returnable.
· Returns due to a change of mind or incorrect orders are not accepted.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at prox-prog@prox.sg within 14 days of delivery. Kindly provide:
1. Your order number
2. Clear photos of the product and packaging showing the issue
If eligible, we will review your case and provide a replacement or refund.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For customers in the European Union (EU), you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
To qualify for a return under this policy:
· The item must be in the same condition as when you received it (unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging).
· You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the refund approval status.
· If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
· Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
